Completed his undergraduate and graduate education in the Department of Sociology at the Middle East Technical University (METU). Had roles as research director, team leader, senior researcher, and analyst in projects supported by TUBITAK (The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey), supported by International Organizations such as the United Nations Development Program and the European Union. Conducted numerous researches in sociology, communication sciences, strategy development, and corporate reputation fields for academia, public and private sectors, and especially civil society since 2009. Currently, he is on the Advisory Board of Kadir Has University, Department of Political Science and Public Administration.

Dilara Genç

Graduated from Istanbul University, Department of Social Work. During her university years, volunteered and organized projects to provide psycho-social support for children. Took roles as a researcher in more than 15 social researches in the Adhoc Research team since 2020. Continuing her postgraduate education at Istanbul Medeniyet University, Management of Non-Governmental Organizations.

Graduated from Yalova University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations. Experienced in civil society and human resources fields. Working as a researcher and field coordinator at Adhoc Research since 2018. Had roles as a researcher and field coordinator in many EU and United Nations Development Program-supported projects and TUBITAK Scientific Research Support Program-supported projects and the private sector projects.

Continuing her postgraduate education at Marmara University, Department of Sociology.
